team meeting

The training at Richmond Vale Academy is just the beginning. After their three-month preparation, the team will be sent to Zambia, where they will engage in hands-on humanitarian projects for six months. Their mission is to work alongside local communities, contributing to sustainable development efforts and making a tangible difference in the lives of those they serve.

This new team’s journey represents the essence of what the 10 Months “Volunteer Abroad in the Caribbean, Africa and Brazil” stands for – solidarity, empowerment, and change. By joining forces, Carolina, Franchesco, Casimiro, Mikki, and Tamar embody the spirit of collaboration and the power of diverse perspectives in addressing some of the most pressing challenges of our time. Learning that their differences will become their strengths.

RVA is incredibly proud to support them in their journey and excited to see the impact they will make while in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and after they finish their training. RVA is a place that will foster their determination to create positive change in Zambia and will undoubtedly inspire others to take action and contribute to a more equitable and sustainable world.

Stay tuned for updates on their progress, experiences, and the difference they are making as Development Instructors. Join us in wishing the April team all the best in their training and upcoming projects.

Together, we are standing shoulder to shoulder with the poor!
