Also, find specific organizations that work to fight poverty and give.
And, donations to your local and global organizations are incredibly important.
So, whether it’s a small amount or a giant lump sum, anything helps much.
Besides, many of these organizations rely on donations to survive and do some community service.
Is really important to give nutritious meals to the poor and needy people.
And, donating groceries can help end the hunger of poor, many times is hard to even afford a single time meal for themselves and their family, so donating food will make their stomach fill and stay healthy.
So, be aware of not wasting food or throwing it, it is better to give it to a person in need.
We can fight poverty with our old belongings.
Also, everything could work, from old clothes to appliances, furniture, and other materials.
So, it’s time to rummage through your belongings and give them away to the needy.
Donating does help the poor people and makes a difference to those who needs such stuff.
Besides, donating clothes, especially in the winter when the weather is too cold, is a great help to the those who really don’t have anything to wear in that season.

There are tons of ways to help out in your community through direct action.
Ask at your local religious organization, or non-profit. Check out programs at your local library and see if they need help.
There are many groups that you can work with: children, the elderly, the mentally ill, the homeless, women.
You just need to decide which group you want to focus on.
You could start-up a local community garden and teach courses on how to grow sustainable food.
Is large the number of people who are poor and can’t afford to buy much products.
So teaching them a sustainable and cheap way to grow their own food, could help ease some of that vitamin deficiency, one of the causes of malnutrition.
